If our system breaks down or is damaged, how do we ensure a continuation of the service?
- The platform immediately informs us of any anomalies in the collection of data.
- We ask to have a contact on site who can do rapid first level interventions (disconnected electric cable, twigs in front of the camera…)
- Depending on the importance of intervention and the degree of urgency, we send our technical team on site as soon as possible.
