If our system breaks down or is damaged, how do we ensure a continuation of the service?

  1. The platform immediately informs us of any anomalies in the collection of data. 
  2. We ask to have a contact on site who can do rapid first level interventions (disconnected electric cable, twigs in front of the camera…)
  3. Depending on the importance of intervention and the degree of urgency, we send our technical team on site as soon as possible.
